Garrick’s December guest is Shar Bates. She founded the Non-Profit: Breaking the Chains, where she has launched several mentor programs, raising school and program attendance by over 30% for middle school and high school students, while leading and hosting nationwide community relief events, teen summits, and Music Events in Atlanta since 2008. She is an Indie Radio Pioneer and Social Justice Journalist who has interviewed celebrities, dignitaries, artists, athletes and moguls for “The Shar Bates Show,” and The “Art of Radio” music events where she interviews Music Industry Moguls.
